Role Description
To ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service, greet guests, prepare and serve beverages and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
· Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Clean work area and equipment
· Prepare the dining room and dress tables as per instruction
· Execute daily cleaning
· Clean, polish and store tableware and glassware
· Execute simple tasks that assist the team
· Be the connecting link between the kitchen and the dining room
· Cleaning and organising of common work areas
· Carry out requests or directions from any management team member
Requirements
· Confidence in service and working with premium guests;
· Strong knowledge of wines and beverages;
· Team spirit;
· Composure under pressure;
· English – mandatory.
